Please read them carefully before engaging with our services. By browsing the website or submitting an inquiry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing and using Papergameflick.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at our sole discretion.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use our services. Where casino access is referenced, all gaming activity is subject to local Spanish regulations, age verification (minimum 18 years), and the policies of the operating partner.
Papergameflick curates and promotes a selection of luxury Spanish coastal resorts and ancillary VIP services such as transfers, yacht charters, wellness programs, fine dining, and concierge support. Papergameflick acts as an intermediary; the actual hospitality, gaming, and wellness services are delivered by independent partner resorts and operators.
All bookings require confirmation from our concierge team and the relevant partner resort and are subject to availability. A reservation is only deemed confirmed once you receive a written confirmation by email. Verbal confirmations alone are not binding.
Deposits, payment schedules, cancellation policies, and refund terms are governed by the individual resort's terms communicated at the time of booking. Charges may include VAT, tourist tax, service charges, and ancillary fees. All payments are processed through secure channels offered by partner resorts; Papergameflick does not store full card details.
Cancellation and modification windows vary by resort, season, and rate type. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur full charges. We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances including illness, flight cancellations, and force majeure events.
Papergameflick is not liable for failure to perform our services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental restrictions, war, terrorism, strikes, or disruptions to transport infrastructure.
All content, imagery, photography, branding, logos, and trademarks on this website are the property of Papergameflick or its licensors and are protected by Spanish and international copyright law. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or republished without prior written consent.
You agree not to use this website to transmit unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content; attempt to gain unauthorised access; introduce malware; or interfere with site operation. Any feedback or testimonial you submit may be used by Papergameflick for promotional purposes with attribution removed unless agreed otherwise.
Guests are expected to abide by each resort's house rules, dress codes, gaming regulations, and applicable Spanish law. Failure to do so may result in termination of stay without refund and exclusion from future Papergameflick services.
Papergameflick acts as a hospitality intermediary. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any disruptions, damages, injuries, losses, delays, or expenses incurred before, during, or after a stay at any partner resort or while using any third-party service. Our total liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the commission earned by Papergameflick on the specific reservation in dispute.
Yacht charters, helicopter tours, chauffeur transfers, dining experiences, and similar services are provided by independent third parties. Their respective terms, safety standards, and insurance coverage apply, and Papergameflick is not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Madrid, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
